Student ID Card

BYU–Hawaii's new student ID cards are printed at the Aloha Center Information Desk at no cost. Pictures are taken in person, or you can submit a photo. ID cards requested online can be picked up at the Aloha Center Information Desk, Monday - Friday, 8 am-11 pm, Saturday, 9 am - 1 pm. The below requirements will be checked when you pick up your ID.

New Student ID

• Show proof of TB test (yellow paper from Health Services).
• Completed Title IX (Title 9) course on Canvas.
• Be in dress and grooming standards.

Current Student ID

• Expired ID cards are at no cost.
• Lost ID cards cost $5.00 to replace (online payments only)
• Be in dress and grooming standards.

Current Spouses and Dependent IDs

• To request an ID card, fill out the BYU–Hawaii Student Dependent ID Card Application. (Do not submit the Student ID Request Form)
